SHIPPING:
All items ship with a tracking number through Priority Mail **insured** and usually takes USPS 2-3 days to deliver your item
Once your item has been checked in with USPS Crab Shack Design is no longer liable for delays in shipping, lost, or stolen packages. Filing a claim for a refund with the shipping insurance due to shipping issues is up to the customer. We would do this for you, but unfortunately the post office will not let us discuss your delivery issue with them since we are not the recipient. We are happy to provide support and any information that you need should you need to file a claim to USPS.
