ITEM DETAILS:
Custom engraving of "The Ranch" on basswood plank of wood with live bark edge (see photo 3 for detailed view). It is laser engraved with care and left natural to preserve the rustic quality of the board. Note the live bark edge is actual bark from the outer edge of the tree. Due to this natural feature, it is normal if little flakes of the bark come off if you pick at it or handle it roughly.
Design has been agreed upon already. No more proofs are needed to be sent
**PLEASE NOTE** due to the natural imperfections of wood in knots, color, and grain, there is no way for us to recreate the exact same burn color each time. Some of our engravings will be lighter, darker, and some will show knots or wood grain/texture through the engraving. Just like in nature, no two trees are identical, and for that reason no two pieces that we make are exactly the same.

**PLEASE NOTE** Due to COVID-19 there is a possibility of delays with shipping providers. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and not something that we can control.
All items ship with a tracking number through Priority Mail **insured** and usually takes USPS 2-3 days to deliver your item
Once your item has been checked in with USPS Crab Shack Design is no longer liable for delays in shipping, lost or stolen packages. Filing a claim for a refund due to shipping issues is up to the customer. We are happy to provide you any information that you need should you need to file a claim to USPS. All of these items come with a tracking number. If for some reason you have any concerns with our policy, please reach out and I am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
