Keeps cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 6 hours with no condensation or heat transfer to the outside of the tumbler.

SHIPPING:
All items ship with a tracking number through one of the following:
-First Class Package Service **not insured** usually takes USPS 2-5 days to deliver your item. This option is only available if you are ordering one cup
-Priority Mail **insured** usually takes USPS 2-3 days to deliver your item. This option will be automatically selected if you order more than one cup.

You have the option to upgrade your shipping to have one cup shipped with insurance. Please choose this option if you have concerns of it being stolen or lost in the mail. Once your item is in the hands of USPS, Crab Shack Design is no longer liable for delays in shipping, lost or stolen packages. Filing a claim for a refund due to shipping issues is up to the customer and ONLY available if you choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. We are happy to provide you any information that you need should you file a claim to USPS.
